Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment (90 minutes) An in-depth evaluation utilizing empirically validated clinical tools to clarify diagnoses, map your specific symptom presentations, and establish a precise, individualized treatment roadmap. Clients will be asked to complete a secure, online self-report instrument during the first 30 minutes and then will meet for 60 minutes with me. This allows for greater diagnostic certainty.

Individual Psychotherapy (55 Minutes) Collaborative, one-on-one treatment focused on identifying and understanding clinical patterns, acquiring adaptive coping mechanisms, and directly processing distressing emotions to support daily functioning and progression towards longterm goals.

Individual EMDR Psychotherapy (90 Minutes) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured intervention that enables the brain to reprocess unresolved memories. It specifically targets the somatic and emotional disturbances rooted in acute or developmental trauma, reducing the persistent distress tied to past events.
